1. Owner and contact details

The Germain Creative Collective Platform is managed by JBTF, with registered office at Via Lama 19, 31033 Castelfranco Veneto (TV), Italy, sole shareholder Judith Borsetto.

2. Service overview

The Platform offers professional fashion tools: AI-assisted trend research, 3D image and video generation, multilingual technical vocabulary, event calendar, community, and saving and exporting features. Services are offered on a freemium basis with free and paid plans.

3. Registration and account

To access some features, you must create an account by providing true and up-to-date information (including name, email, and optionally phone number). The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through their account. A limit on active devices per account applies.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid plans (PRO, TEAM) and credit/PDF packages are described on the Pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe; the Owner does not store full card details. Prices are in Euros and include any applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Right of withdrawal: since digital content and services are provided immediately, by purchasing the consumer user consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal under Article 59 of the Consumer Code for the portion already used.

5. Usage quotas

Plans include monthly quotas (searches, images, videos, saves, PDFs). If quotas are exceeded, you can buy extra credits/PDFs or upgrade to a higher plan. 1 credit equals 1 3D image or 1 AI video.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logo, software, text, graphics, and content on the Platform are owned by the Owner or their respective licensors. Content generated by the user through the AI tools may be used by the user for their own professional purposes; the Owner does not claim exclusive rights over such outputs, subject to any identifying watermarks.

7. Permitted use

It is forbidden to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, upload content that infringes third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, perform reverse engineering, or engage in activities that compromise the security and operation of the service.

8. AI-generated content

Results produced by artificial intelligence tools (trend reports, events, images, videos) are for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. The Owner does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific purposes and disclaims all liability for decisions made based on such content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Suspension and termination

The Owner may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. The user may delete their account at any time from the Account section.

11. Changes

The Owner may amend these Terms by notifying users through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile; for other users, the Court of Treviso has jurisdiction.
